Sukuta Youth Development Committee

Sukuta Youth Development Committee-SYDC, is a community initiative that brings together youths of Sukuta to spearhead development initiatives, address issues affecting young people and community at large, and engage the youths to become innovative and productive, in order to contribute to the socioeconomic development of the community and country.
The functions of SYDC are;
To promote peace and unity in the community.
To engage in voluntary community development initiatives.
Help young people nurture their talents and develop employable skills.
Facilitate trainings and capacity buildings for the youths.
Embark on sensitization and advocacy when necessary.
Protect the environment and maintain hygiene.
Embark on humanitarian interventions.
